We were thrilled to welcome back several FBRA alumni to speak at our annual “High School Night” on October 6, 2025. Current FBRA families left the event inspired by our articulate graduates who shared about their transition to high school, what their respective high schools offer, and what they are still carrying with them after the FBRA experience.
FBRA alumni representatives from Asheville High School (AHS), Nesbitt Discovery Academy (NDA), Christ School (CS), and Carolina Day School (CDS) attended and spoke at High School Night. Several alums shared that they stand out among their peers with their capacity to manage schedules, homework, study skills, and self-advocacy. One alum shared that FBRA taught him to “not judge a person on their worst day,” along with how to work as a team with anyone.
As great as high school sounds, all of our alumni still miss the FBRA field lessons!
